Biology

Bellsprout is a plant-based Pokémon with a brown stem-like body. Each side of its body has a single green leaf. It has a yellow bell-shaped head with pink lips at the tip and beady black eyes. It has the ability to spit corrosive acid from its mouth. Its stem is long, thin, and very flexible, allowing it to swerve quickly to avoid many attacks or move at breakneck speed to capture prey. It makes use of its roots, which resemble feet. It will grow roots in the ground to replenish water, but it will be unable to flee while rooted. Bellsprout prefers hot and humid environments, so it can be found in temperate forests and jungles.
