Biology

Brionne is a pinniped Pokémon with three ruffle-like growths on its body. The first ruffle is immediately under the front flippers, and the last is right before the tail. The ruffles are alternately white and pastel blue. Its long ears are divided into three segments that lighten and get larger towards the tip; the first segment is oval, while the final two are spherical. It features a long, conical snout with a white tip, a spherical pink nose, huge black eyes with pinkish pupils, and a spherical pink nose. Although both have white tips, its front flippers are substantially longer than its tail flippers. The front flippers have three digits.

Brionne is a talented dancer. While Brionne usually learns to dance from members of its colony, it may also learn from humans. It works hard to learn each dance via imitation and becomes delighted when it observes a dance it is unfamiliar with. It can dance perfectly in sync with others, even if it has never danced with them before. On moonlight evenings when the water is calm, large groups of Brionne may be seen dancing together, occasionally accompanied by the singing of a Primarina. Brionne is kind; if its Trainer is depressed, it will do a dance to cheer them up.

Water balloons of various colors are created while Brionne dances. Its fighting tactic is to dance while making water balloons. Brionne slaps the balloons toward the goal, where they burst, while the opponent gets confused by the dancing. Only people who have gained this Pokémon’s confidence may see it when it is sad. Otherwise, it would always seem joyful and never allow its sadness to emerge.
