Cascoon is a Pokémon that looks like a spherical cocoon. Except for two holes where its crimson eyes may be seen, it is entirely draped in purple silk. Cascoon will not move even when assaulted because the delicate silk hardens into a sturdy cocoon that can withstand assaults. It, however, never forgets the anguish it has endured and seeks vengeance on evolution.

It dwells in woodlands, where it hides behind huge leaves and between tree branches. It also disguises itself by adhering dead leaves to its body. The interior of the cocoon grows heated as its cells generate energy for evolution. When evolution draws approaching, cracks begin to appear in its casing. Cascoon’s silk is believed to be thin yet highly strong, with a more soft feel than Silcoon’s. Cascoon silk may be utilized to create beautiful apparel that is claimed to be top-notch.
