Availability

• Exploud was released along with the release of Hoenn-region Desert-themed Pokémon on January 23^rd, 2018.
• Shiny form of Exploud was released at the start of Pokémon GO Fest 2021 on July 17^th, 2021.
• Shadow form of Exploud was released at the start of Team GO Rocket Strikes on January 24^th, 2022.

Biology

Exploud is a bipedal blue Pokémon with a big mouth. It has two peg-like teeth in each jaw, crimson eyes, and a stubby snout. It has seven projecting tubes with openings on top of its head, one on each elbow and knee, two down its back, and one at the end of each of its two tails. The tubes on its head-crest and tails are yellow-tipped, while the ones on its back feature yellow semicircular patterns on both sides. It has two yellow semicircle marks on its belly, however they are seldom visible because to its enormous mouth. It has three narrow stripes below its elbows and three fingers on its arms. Each foot contains three front claws and one rear claw, as well as a yellow paw pad.

Exploud’s bodily tubes are used to pull in air and boost its noise-based assaults. Its roaring is powerful enough to cause tremors and may be heard from almost six kilometers distant. While it only raises its voice in fight, it may transmit its emotions to others by making whistle-like noises. Previously, faraway cities utilized Exploud as a means of communication. It is found in caves.
