Biology
Flabébé is a tiny Pokémon with a green bottom half and a white top half. It features little, pointed ears, beady eyes, a pink blush mark on each cheek, and a small, pointed nose. Several pollen spheres create a crown on top of its head. It has short arms and a tail but no discernible legs. Flabébé is a female-only species that does not have a male equivalent. It is one of the world’s shortest and lightest Pokémon.
Flabébé is often shown clutching the yellow stigma of a flower, which is referred to as a “Fairy Flower” in the anime. The flower has three stamens and three circular petals in red, yellow, orange, blue, or white. It likewise has three tiny leaves on a short green stalk. Its crown is comprised of pollen from the flower, which has therapeutic powers. Flabébé can control and take power from the flower, but he is dangerous without it. It will, however, keep looking until it discovers a bloom that it loves. According to the anime, if one of the petals of a Flabébé’s bloom breaks off, the flower will be unable to float about. The White Flower Flabébé, according to Professor Oak’s Pokémon Holo Caster and Gurkinn in A Festival Reunion!, is uncommon and difficult to locate.
