Gothitelle is a humanoid Pokémon with mostly black skin. It has a teardrop-shaped head with a white bow-like attachment affixed to the tip. Gothitelle’s black skin opens into a purple face with a zigzag pattern imitating bangs. Gothitelle’s eyes are huge and heavy-lidded, with blue irises and white pupils, and she has a petite mouth with red lips. Each side of its skull is flanked by four flat, black disks. Gothitelle’s body is divided into four layers, with its head and arms linked to the tiniest, topmost tier and a pair of stubby pink feet underneath them. It has slim arms that finish in little purple hands with white disks on the wrists. On the front of each layer of Gothitelle’s body is a white, bow-like fixture.

Gothitelle’s enormous mental strength may warp space around it, revealing images of faraway stars and previous events, yet it despises strife. It can anticipate the future based on the position and movement of stars and weeps when it finds its Trainer’s lifetime. A criminal to whom a Gothitelle had revealed his doom vanished the same day and was never seen again.
