Biology
Morelull is a tiny, white Pokémon that looks like a mushroom. It is the shortest Grass-type Pokémon. It has big black eyes with light green half-circle patterns on the sides. Small bumps, akin to hair, surround the top of its head. It has a significantly bigger head than a narrow, stem-like body. The stem breaks at the base into three green roots that serve as feet. Three enormous mushrooms erupt from its head’s center. Each mushroom has a slender white stem with a darker ring around the cap’s base. The biggest mushroom, in the middle, is pale pink, while the other two are smaller and a light purplish-blue. Morelull may make the spores in its mushroom caps light at night.
Morelull prefers dark, moist environments, but moves every night to avoid depleting the plants in any one site of too many nutrients. Its roots are utilized to communicate with other Morelull in addition to movement. [1] When threatened, it releases spores that explode into dazzling, sparkling sparkles. The spores’ pulsating light might cause sleepiness. It is said that once, when a group of Morelull were disturbed and all spewed out their spores at once, an aircraft flying above almost crashed. [2]. The crowns on Morelull’s head are a delicacy for woodland Pokémon and may regrow overnight. Strength Sap was Generation VII’s trademark move.
