Noctowl Biology Info

Noctowl is an avian Pokémon that looks like an owl. It has light brown plumage with a deeper brown triangular pattern on the breast. Its fan-like tail is the same dark brown color as its wings, which are a somewhat lighter brown with light brown undersides. It features crimson eyes surrounded by black rings and a second, cream-colored ring surrounding the first. Above its eyes, it has bushy, cream-colored feather “horns” that seem like huge brows. It has a pinkish beak and talons, and its feet are cream-colored, with three toes pointing forward and one facing backward. Noctowl may develop a little beard in its old years, as portrayed in the anime.

Noctowl is a nocturnal Pokémon that some refer to as “the ruler of black nights.” It possesses amazing eyes that can focus even the tiniest light and provide it with night vision, flexible wings capable of quiet flight, and the ability to swivel its head at a 180-degree angle to boost its intelligence. Its extraordinary senses and brains enable it to grab prey in complete darkness. It may also tilt its head upside down to indicate that it is bothered by something. It will peck at the perpetrator if it is disturbed in this stage. Noctowls often nest in trees in temperate and boreal woods.

The Pokemon Noctowl is one of the numerous monsters that may be captured in Pokemon Go. Noctowl is a Johto second generation creature that was introduced in the February 16, 2017 update.
