Plusle is a bipedal cream Pokémon with red patterns. It features a dotty nose and a cream-colored plus symbol in the center of its round red cheeks. It has long, flat, mainly crimson ears. It has stubby, digitless limbs and crimson front paws. It has a red plus symbol at the end of its short tail.

By shorting out the electrical current in its hands, Plusle can make glittering pom-poms. It cheers on its teammates with these pom-poms and cries loudly if they lose. It climbs telephone poles in order to absorb power. It is found in grasslands and savannas.
