Biology

Quilladin is a bipedal, mammalian Pokémon with plant-like characteristics. The majority of its body is covered with a green, armor-like shell resembling a chestnut. Except for its face, lower torso and legs, and the undersides of its arms, the shell covers everything. Except for its paler face, the visible sections of its body are dark brown. The face is characterized by dark, oval eyes, a tiny, pink nose on a pointed snout, a dark brown, sideways triangle on each cheek, rodent-like incisors, and a three-pointed patch of dark brown hair on the brow. A huge, ear-like spike with crimson points protrudes from either side of its skull. Its tail has a crimson tip as well. It has a banded shell over its arms and back, and the fur on its lower body forms a three-pointed design on its front. Quilladin has three clawed white fingers on each hand and two on each foot.

Quilladin is not violent and never initiates fights, however it has been seen rushing into other Quilladin to exercise its lower body. When compelled to defend itself, it uses its shell to deflect strikes before launching a counterattack with its sharp quills.
