Ralts is a white-bodied humanoid Pokémon. It has slender arms and legs that gradually broaden near the feet. A wispy extension flowing down the back of its feet gives the image of a nightgown or oversized garment. The majority of its face is obscured by green hair that resembles a bowl cut, although a pair of pinkish-red eyes may be seen from time to time. On top of its head, it has two flat, red horns: one huge in the front and one smaller in the rear.
