Galarian Rapidash

• Galarian Rapidash was released at the start of The Crown Tundra Event to celebrate the release of Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass: The Crown Tundra on October 22^nd, 2020. ^[1]
• Shiny form of Galarian Rapidash was released at the start of the second part of Luminous Legends X on May 11^th, 2021.
• Galarian Rapidash can be acquired by evolution only.

Biology

Rapidash is a cream-colored horse Pokémon with a pointed horn on its forehead. It has crimson eyes that are tiny and trapezoidal ears with reddish inside. Flames of yellow and reddish-orange erupt from the rear of its head to create a long, flowing mane. A shorter version of the mane cascades down its back to meet its similarly flaming tail. Flames may also be seen on its fetlocks. It has delicate legs with a single black hoof on each.

Rapidash is a swift Pokémon. Rapidash is supposed to move on ground like an arrow. It travels at around 150 mph (240 km/h), pursuing everything that moves in the hopes of outrunning it. It achieves full speed in 10 steps because to its tremendous acceleration. Its hooves hardly touch the earth at full speed. The longer the swinging flames of Rapidash's mane get, the quicker it runs. Its fiery mane glows at full gallop, a trait that is considered to accentuate its stunning look. Rapidash can cross a full area like Hisui in about a day and a half. Rapidash is a grassland Pokémon that may also be found on mountains in Pokémon Snap.

Rapidash takes on a new appearance in Galar, with a white coat, light blue eyes, and a long, curly mane and tail with pastel cyan and pink streaks. It has a considerably longer horn than standard Rapidash, and it is deep violet in color with a spiraling white line going down its length. It possesses deep violet hooves and fetlocks ornamented with long pink fur that stores mental energy, giving it a quick, airy walk.

Galarian Rapidash is well-known for his bravery and pride. Its mental strength may be channeled into a strong Psycho Cut from its horn, which can penetrate through sheet metal.
