Biology
Rhyperior is a huge, brownish-gray Pokémon with two horns: one on the snout and one above it. On a female Rhyperior, the top horn is significantly smaller. The main horn is separated into three pieces by two thin slanted rings, like a drill bit. Its skin is partly covered with orange, rocky plates on its head, shoulders, arms, waist, and knees, similar to the guardian it evolved from. Rhyperior’s armor’s hide is made of an unknown material. It possesses blade-like protrusions on its elbows and apertures in its palms that function as cannons or firearms. Each hand and foot have three blunt gray fingers, two gray toes, and a club-like tail. Its eyes feature crimson irises with two thick, rectangular boulders above each one, suggesting heavy brows.
Rhyperior can put rocks and boulders into its arms via the holes in its hands and shoot them as missiles, as shown in Generation IV’s Rock Wrecker. It will sometimes insert and fire Geodude or Roggenrola by mistake. Rhyperior’s carapace is very tough; it can withstand volcanic explosions, cannot be scratched even by a masterwork sword, and can deflect oncoming strikes. This might take the opponent off guard before drilling into the opponent. Rhyperior lives in the highlands.
