Sceptile #254
Sceptile is a bipedal reptile Pokémon. It has a somewhat long neck and two crests on its head. It features yellow eyes with crimson rims that are semicircular in shape. It also has a crimson lower jaw and a belt-like strip around its waist. It has two lines going down the center of its back and two rows of yellow nodules that are characterized as seeds. Its tail is formed like a branch of a palm tree. It has two sharp, elongated leaves and three claws on each of its lengthy limbs. Leaf Blade was its trademark move in Generation III.
The head crests of Mega Sceptile grow more pointed, with a spherical section missing from the centre. Red markings encircle its eyes, which shrink and narrow. The golden seeds on its back develop in size. The last two seeds become red, while the two above them turn orange. It has red stripes along the base of its tail and across its lower belly. The leaves on its wrists get increasingly pointed, with scarlet points and half-circles cut out of the middles. Plates of leaves, identical to those that make up its tail, cover its torso and shoulders. The tail of Mega Sceptile gets longer and sprouts a crimson stinger at the tip. Mega Sceptile may use a part of its tail as a missile to attack an opponent. Its missing tail will regenerate as long as it has the energy needed for Mega Evolution. [1]
Sceptile is a wild Pokémon. The seeds on its back are supposed to carry nutrients that may revive trees. It can jump from branch to branch with ease. While it has the power to cut down thick trees, it is also known to love the flora in the forest. By sunbathing in the sun, this Pokémon controls its body temperature.
