Scraggy is a lizard-like bipedal Pokémon. Its oval eyes are situated to the sides of its skull, and its teeth seem to be displayed all the time. Its golden head has a tiny red scale. Its body is cream-colored below the yellow section of its head, with skinny limbs and a red, scaly belly. It wears its loose, yellow skin around its legs like slacks, and the saggier it is, the more respect it receives. Some of the loose skin seems to create or hide a tail.

This pelt is stretchy and may be lifted to protect the animal’s neck from attackers. Scraggy is quickly engaged in combat, since it will attack anybody who even looks at it with a headbutt from its large skull. They are known to take pride in their strong heads, which causes them to headbutt everything. Scraggy, on the other hand, struggles to balance due to the weight of its cranium. Scraggy travels in small groups, casually wandering about. When Scraggy’s skin is totally stretched out, it is said to develop into Scrafty.
