How to find and catch Pokémon Strength?

Pokémon Seel may be found near any body of water, including the shores of ponds, rivers, and oceans, as well as near swamps. Sila may be found around the city in fountains, pools, and water parks.

Seel is an uncommon sighting on the map. Many trainers either nurtured him from an egg or captured him during an event.

Seel is a pinniped Pokémon with bluish-white fur and a thick hide. It has a pale tan mouth, a large red tongue, and tusks on its lower jaw. It has circular eyes and a black nose that can close when swimming. It has a small horn on its forehead that it uses in tandem with its tusks to bore through ice floes. It has two flippers on its chest and two more on its tail. When raised, the tail resembles a waterspout.

Seel lives on icebergs in the deep ocean.

Its warm fur and thick hide enable it to swim in water as cold as -40°F (-40°C). It thrives in cold environments, becoming more active as the temperature drops and tiring quickly in warm water. It prefers to sleep during the day and hunts for prey under ice sheets in the late afternoon and evening hours. While it is a graceful swimmer, it is awkward and has difficulty moving on land.
