Tauros #128

Biology

Tauros is a bovine quadruped Pokémon. It has light brown hair and a thick, darker brown mane around the neck. It features a rounded snout with a dark brown nose, tiny triangular eyes, three gray bumps running vertically down its forehead, and two curving gray horns growing from the top of its head. Each of its three black tails has a tuft of fur on the end, and each foot has a single gray hoof. Tauros is a solitary species.

Tauros is a fierce, raucous Pokémon that whips its three tails into a fury. It acts as a warning to others that Tauros is going to charge at breakneck speed. Once it begins charging, it cannot halt or alter direction until it collides with something. On plains and meadows, it lives and moves in herds. It will engage in combat with others of its type, and the herd’s defender is proud of its battle-scarred horns. Tauros are still aggressive, although they are calmer in Alola than elsewhere, most likely because to the climate. The practice of riding Tauros is said to have begun in Alola. Tauros in Galar, on the other hand, are more temperamental and do not like to be ridden.
