Victini is a little, rabbit-like Pokémon with enormous, pointed ears that create a V. It has huge, blue eyes and a round, cream-colored head that is larger than its little, cream body, with orange tips of its ears, crest, and extremities. Its bulbous arms and legs are rounded to form a “cuff,” and it ends with little, three-fingered hands and two-toed feet. It has two pointed teeth visible on its top jaw. It can also fly because to its two cream winglike tails. It is a compassionate Pokémon, despite its timidity, and will battle if its allies are in danger.

Victini is thought to help the Trainer who befriends it win. It generates a limitless quantity of energy and may share it with others via contact. It may also become invisible. It can transmit visions to others, as shown in White—Victini and Zekrom and Black—Victini and Reshiram. It has been seen to like eating macarons, albeit it sometimes chokes on them. It was also shown alongside an Oran Berry bush in the same film.

Victini is the only Pokémon known to be capable of learning the move Searing Shot. Victini is also the only Pokémon known to be capable of learning the move V-create by leveling up.
