Biology
Wimpod is an arthropod Pokémon. It has a purple main body with silver plating across the back. There are a total of four plates. The first plate covers half of its head while still allowing space for its eyes. Its top lids seem to be coated with extra plating. The three plates on its back overlap, with a single black triangle in the center of each. It features a long spike that curls backward on either side of its head, enormous yellow eyes with two short extensions above them that look like eyelids, and two flat antennas that extend over its back. It has eight small legs on its underside and a long, spiky tail.
This Pokémon is naturally fearful of noise and unexpected movements. Its curiosity, on the other hand, will lead it to approach humans or Pokémon that are standing stationary. When threatened, it will spew a toxic liquid. Wimpod is occasionally seen with its developed version, Golisopod. The stink of this fluid alerts others to the presence of danger. Wimpod will consume and store everything, even marine rubbish. Because of this behavior, they are highly respected as cleaners. [1] When it discovers coins, Murkrow and Meowth pursue it.
