Biology
Wormadam is a black, bagworm-like Pokémon with a fused covering of leaves, sand, or building insulation. It features oval eyes, a large, pointed beak, and a long, coiled antenna. The beak is colored differently depending on the coat. Near this Pokémon’s head, the coat produces a pair of arm-like structures. Wormadam’s Plant Cloak form is covered in white blossoms and has a green-tipped beak and enormous leaves for arms. If it possesses the Sandy Cloak, it will be speckled with reddish-brown rocks, with chains of stones for arms and a brown pointed beak. It has a pink-tipped beak and long, dark pink ribbons for arms while wearing the Trash Cloak.
Wormadam are known to produce thicker cloaks as they evolve on chilly days. It is a female-only species, with Mothim serving as its male mate. Wormadam’s cloak, unlike Burmy’s, is a part of its body, and the fusion is thought to have been created by the energy generated by its development. Its cloak has the same properties as fur and skin. As a consequence, this bonded cloak sheds never. Sandy Robe Wormadam’s cloak is an effective protection, easily deflecting a Starly’s pecking, but Trash Cloak is ineffective. Wormadam hides from predators by using its cloak as camouflage.
